Another strong month of sign-ups for new health insurance policies puts Illinois on track to meet federal projections under the healthcare reform law. Through February first, the state's total enrollment is just over 88-thousand. However, 56-percent of those who signed up were over the age off 44 and women outnumbered men -- two trends also seen nationally. The number of Illinois enrollees between 18 to 34 was up slightly since January to 25-percent.
