A Japanese company is marketing a gauge it protect dogs against heat stroke.  The company calls the gadget the world's first heat stroke checker designed for dogs.  It can be hooked on a dog's leash or hung in the animal's cage.  It warns dog owners with buzzers and blinking lights.  The device also has a "human" mode so dog owners can check their own risk for heat stroke.
