Flavored Tobacco Wraps Outlawed

Smokers in Illinois no longer have access to flavored wrapping papers. That's because retailers now face a fine if they're caught selling them. Governor Quinn signed a law banning the papers because some complained they were being marketed to youth, with flavors like cotton candy and grape. Opponents of the plan say the papers were marketed only toward responsible adults.
