Quinn Says Gaming Bill Still Doesn't Hit The Mark

Governor Quinn says the newest gaming bill still falls short of his expectations.  He says there are a few things lawmakers need to tighten up on, including making sure education gets a good chunk of the gambling money.  Despite his concerns, Quinn says lawmakers have made progress.  He's pleased with a provision that puts a ban on campaign contributions from people who own gaming licenses.
