Expensive Plan Afoot To Stop Invasive Carp

Illinois' outdoors officials have a multi-million-dollar plan to find a highly-invasive form of fish in state waterways.  The Department of Natural Resources will spend more than six-million-dollars from the Asian Carp Regional Coordinating Committee to remove the fish from the Upper Illinois River and some other waterways.  The initiative aims to find the fish and prevent them from reaching Lake Michigan.
