Governor Candidate On Reducing Gun Violence

Democratic candidate for governor Tio Hardiman says pumping more money into high crime communities could be the key to cutting back on gun violence.  He says Chicago officials should invest in programs that train at-risk youth with the skills they need to be productive members of society.  Hardiman also agrees that there should be tighter gun laws and tougher penalties for people who are busted with illegal guns.  More than 300 people have been killed in Chicago this year, at least 75-percent were shot to death.
