Northwestern Beats Purdue Hours After Campus Shooting

Most Purdue fans are focused on anything but basketball after yesterday's campus shooting, and fans in Evanston were certainly supportive of their opponent during last night's game.  One group of Northwestern students painted their chests to read "Stand With Purdue" and often cheered for the Boilermakers.  The home fans had lots to cheer about later as the Wildcats outlasted Purdue 63-to-60 in double O-T.  Drew Crawford scored 19 points and blocked the potential tying three-pointer at the buzzer.
