First Inning Grand Slam Propels Cubs Past Brewers

The Cubs' Junior Lake hit his first career grand slam in the first inning and Chicago didn't look back in an 8-5 win over Milwaukee at Wrigley Field.  The North Siders slugged 13 hits, with four Cubsregistering multi-hit games.  Carlos Villanueva struck out five over two-and-a-third innings to get the win in relief of starter Chad Rusin.  Kyle Lohse suffered his ninth loss of the season.  He was knocked around for seven runs on 11 hits.  Aramis Ramirez and Scooter Gennett both homered for the Brew Crew, who have lost six of their last seven games.
